Ordering a Tie

Whilst viewing a product page:

Choose the quantity of the product
Click “add to basket”
When your order is complete, enter the postal address to which the goods are to be sent and the relevant credit card details (card number, card holder’s name, card expiry date, 3 digit security number and billing address of card holder)
A verification page will now appear, which provides a final opportunity to check that the order details are correct,
Press “Submit” to action the order.

You may view your order and make alterations at any stage, before pressing “Submit”.

Order Confirmation

We will confirm all orders by e-mail within 1 working day. We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched.

Charging

Visa Credit Card, Visa Delta Debit Card, Solo Card, Mastercard Credit Card and Switch/UK Maestro DC are accepted for UK Sterling transactions.

Visa Credit Card, Visa Delta Debit Card and Mastercard Credit Card are accepted for Dollar and Euro transactions on this site.

Tax

All goods for United Kingdom and European Union destinations carry Value Added Tax (VAT). For this reason, our pounds and euro prices include the Value Added Tax. As goods outside of the European Union do not carry VAT our prices in dollars do not include this.

Cancelling an Order

A customer may cancel a tie or bow tie order by e-mail, post or telephone call. Unworn ties and bow ties may be returned to us up to 7 days after customer receipt. The cost of the tie will be refunded. (See "Contact Us" section for address details)."

Our Guarantee

Elite Ties of London makes every effort to ensure that its ties and bow ties are sent to customers in perfect condition. If a tie is found to be faulty, customers are invited to post the tie to us, and the full cost of the tie and of the postage will be reimbursed.

Packing/Gifts

All ties are wrapped in tissue paper and are packed in attractive gift boxes. It is our normal practice to place the invoice within the package. If you select the “gift option”, the invoice will be sent to the billing address.

Delivery

Ties purchased from within the UK will be posted by recorded delivery post. All tie purchases will be dispatched within 1 working day. Purchases that are made from overseas will be posted by airmail 7 days after receipt of the order.

Additional ties	2.25 € per additional tie

United States

Air Mail (1 tie)	$6.50	7 to 10 working days
Additional ties	$3.00 per additional tie.

UK POSTAL STRIKE OCTOBER 2009

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Unfortunately due to the current strike action delivery times may be affected although at present Royal Mail is saying that all items will be delivered. We will do our best to get items posted as quickly as we can so that delays on our end are minimised. We recommend that you allow extra time for delivery especially if it is important for an item to arrive for a special occasion or Christmas.
